Andrew Reilly, President, IET Bridge,  BS, CSCS, NKT, FMS, CES, TPI, AiM II, CFSC

Exercise and health have always been a part of Andrew’s life. His sporting career began at an early age in Ireland where he excelled at several different sports. However he discovered Rugby was his passion.  Such was his interest in the field of exercise and health that Andrew decided to move to London to pursue a degree in Exercise Physiology. While attending Brunel University Andrew was chosen to play rugby at London Irish, a professional club competing in the Premier Division in England.  Upon completing his degree and graduating with Honors from Brunel University Andrew moved to the United States to further his career in the field of health/fitness.

Andrew continued his passion for learning and has taken almost every worthwhile seminar / certification in the industry. Although he started out as a personal trainer / strength coach, Andrew developed an interest in helping people achieve better results through moving better. This lead to a discovery, when people learn to move better they can often move without pain. Andrew took the SFMA course, as well as Neurokinetic Therapy level 1, 2 & 3 to better understand how to help clients with dysfunctional movement patterns and chronic issues.  Along with his foundational training at University and 15 years of experience this knowledge has made Andrew the most sought after fitness expert in the Hamptons.

Andrew works with clients from all walks of life, but has been fortunate to work with some elite athletes. During the NHL offseason a number of the professional athletes from the NY Rangers spend time in the Hamptons and seek out Andrew’s expertise to help them with their conditioning programs. Athletes who have worked with Andrew at IET include Brad Richards, Mike Del Zotto, and Carl Hagelin from the NHL’s NY Rangers, as seen in the picture above.
Andrew also created an elite youth training program at IET to help local athletes pursue their dreams of achieving a sports scholarship to college.  This program is working with kids as young as 10 and teaching them the importance of correct movement, technique, and recovery. This year alone, IET athletes achieved STATE TITLES, FULL SCHOLARSHIPS, and more Personal BESTS than ever in their careers.

A brief list of his professional credentials include:

Honors degree in Exercise Physiology from Brunel University, London, England

Martin Gigner, TPI, AiM

Martin was born and raised in Reading, England. He grew up in a sports mad environment playing multiple sports throughout his child hood, spending family holidays skiing in the Alps and hitting the links around his home town. Football and Golf were his passions, playing competitively for local and representative sides and being part of Reading F.C.ʼs School of Excellence. Martin was also fortunate enough to be able to travel and coach football (Soccer!) along the East coast of the USA and this is where his passion for helping people improve was developed. Major surgery cut short any thoughts of pursuing a playing career but enabled him to travel and live throughout the world, finally settling in the Hamptons.

Martin attended the prestigious Mike Boyle Strength & Conditioning mentorship program in Woburn Mass, where he was able to watch some of the top professional athletes in the country go through their strength and conditioning programs on a daily basis. Learning from the legendary Mike Boyle was an incredible opportunity for Martin. Martin is a certified golf fitness instructor through the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) and is planning to take the Level 3 course this summer. Martin is also certified in Gary Wardʼs Anatomy in Motion course. This is a 56 hour immersion course on the effects of the foot on the rest of the body. Martinʼs passion for what he does is inspiring. He is constantly striving to learn more so he can pass that knowledge on to his clients. He would love the opportunity to help you with your goals whether they be golf specific fitness or just getting back into great shape.
