We are excited to let you know that one of our own athletes, Kasey Gilbride, has signed a letter of intent to play Divison 1 Field Hockey at the University of Richmond!  You can read the who article from the 27 East’s Sag Harbor News here.

We are thrilled to be a part of Kasey’s success and we hope to see similar progress and success with many of our student athletes and our professional athletes.  They are all performing better and better since committing to our strength and conditioning programs.
